Nearby, a picturesque walking and cycling loop around Gora Siewierska begins. The route is about 2.4 km long and leads through charming rural areas and forest fragments, ending at a viewpoint terrace overlooking the surrounding hills. Alternatively, one can choose a more challenging cycling trail - Rowna Gora - Gora Siewierska (about 34 km), which includes hilly sections just right for more advanced cyclists. This is a great solution for active leisure enthusiasts - both for short walks and weekend cycling trips.

Thus, we can, like a lurking dragon, swoop down every day in the blink of an eye from our intimate nest on the hill, take care of important matters in various locations in Silesia and Dabrowa, and then return with spiritual and physical spoils, enjoying the views along the way, to a place on the Hill, an enclave of peace and relaxation, where together with loved ones we can gaze at and observe even the peaks of the Beskids. To live is to not die!

The external walls are insulated with a 15-centimeter layer of polystyrene, attached using the light wet method, which translates into high energy efficiency of the building. The roof has been insulated with a 25 cm layer of mineral wool, and the applied moisture protection - horizontal with two layers of asphalt paper and vertical with R+S abizol and bucket foil - ensures effective protection of the foundations and walls against moisture. The internal load-bearing and partition walls are made of 25 cm thick porotherm blocks, and in the ground floor and attic spaces, additional thermal insulation with polystyrene (15 cm) has been used.

The internal finishes include lime-cement plasters, drywall - including waterproof in bathrooms - and acrylic paints. Ceramic tiles are laid on the floors with glue, durable floor panels are laid in the rooms, and the wooden stairs to the upper floor are supported on a metal structure - solutions that guarantee aesthetics and durability for years.

The window carpentry consists of PVC windows in white-brown color, while the external doors and garage door are made of layered wood, in an elegant, dark finish.

Red ceramic tiles crown the entire structure, adding character and emphasizing the solidity of the execution. Water drainage from the roof is done through a system of gutters and downpipes made of PVC. This is a thoughtful, technically refined structure - a house that was created with comfort, durability, and aesthetics in mind for many years.

Electricity and gas consumption
