During construction, it is possible to change the heating method of the apartment from radiators to underfloor heating or mixed heating (for an additional fee).
The building will be heated from the municipal heating plant with a central boiler located in the block.

Development condition - plasters, floors, triple-glazed windows, entrance doors, radiators, hydraulic and electrical installations.
SOLIDITY
The building will be made of the highest quality materials.
We apply the latest technological solutions proposed by manufacturers of building materials to increase energy saving.

COST OF MAINTENANCE
The monthly maintenance cost will depend on the apartment area.
It will amount to about 200 PLN, comprising:
repair fund, cleaning of staircases and surroundings, administration, current costs (common for the whole block).
Utility cost settlements: water, electricity, heating - calculated according to meters, and
contracts are signed individually for apartment owners.
MEDIA
Each apartment is supplied with media: Internet, cable TV, fiber optic.
PURCHASE OF THE APARTMENT - CONTRACT
After the purchase decision, we sign a reservation or development contract.
Each client will have an individual escrow account on which they will deposit payments for the apartment, secured by the Developer's Guarantee Fund.
We cooperate with an experienced financial advisor and assist in obtaining a mortgage.
