The buildings are maintained in a simple composition. The ground floor of the building is distinctly emphasized by differentiating it in terms of material and color. To highlight the entrance area, a recess in the elevation was used.

The houses feature a modern, simple, timeless shape. The roof is gabled with a system of hidden gutters and a white facade giving the structure lightness. Thanks to the modern design with a system of hidden gutters and the joinery and roofing in graphite color, the house looks very modern. An additional class is added to the building by the concrete structure that distinguishes some fragments of the building walls. The entrances are located on the northern side of the buildings and are accessed by a pedestrian-vehicle path 5 m wide, ultimately paved with cobblestones. The buildings are not basement.

Mnikow, located near Krakow, is an ideal location for families and young couples who enjoy spending time actively, as well as for those who value peace and good infrastructure. Besides recreational and leisure values, Mnikow is very well developed in terms of infrastructure. There are numerous shops, a primary school, and two kindergartens (one located 50 m from the investment). Children will surely enjoy the large playground and sports field. The proximity of Krakow and convenient access to the city makes Mnikow an excellent place for people who value amenities, cultural events, and job opportunities that urban life offers.
