Hello, due to the expansion of the family and the desire to change to a larger apartment already chosen, I am pleased to present an apartment in a brick block on the third floor in close proximity to the manufactory (a 10-minute walk) in Baluty. The apartment consists of two independent rooms. The smaller one is equipped with a couch, a large corner wardrobe, and a dresser. The larger one has a balcony, a sofa that we used to spend time during the day but also has sleeping functions, two wardrobes, a dresser, a bed in the wardrobe (leaving without a mattress as we are taking it with us), and a table that, when fully extended, can accommodate up to 14 people. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, built-in dishwasher, and refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, built-in shelves, and a cabinet with a mirror under the sink. The apartment is accompanied by a storage cell. There is plenty of parking space in front of the block. Very close to a kindergarten, nursery, school, neighborhood shops, greengrocer, clinics, and a field between Lutomierska and Drewnowska streets. The apartment is rather for refreshing than renovation.
