New windows, also replaced, white blinds are also new. HEATING: a new gas boiler, dual-function, fully safe, new radiators. The apartment is dry, warm, insulated, and soundproofed. The tenement house has no rent, is well-maintained, with calm, kind neighbors. A parking space under the tenement or in the municipal parking lot, which is located 70m from the building.
