The subject of the auction will be residential premises no. 1 constituting a separate property along with a share of 491/10000 parts in the common areas of the building and the right of co-ownership of the land plot no. 58/9 covered by land and mortgage register KW no. JG1L/00023916/1. Residential premises no. 1 is located on the 1st floor of a multi-family residential building and consists of 2 rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. The total usable area is 33.62 m². The premises include a cellar with an area of 3.52 m². The total area including the attached room is 37.14 m². The premises are equipped with electrical, water, sewage, and gas installations. Heating of the premises: central heating individual for the premises powered from the external heating network. The functional condition is different from that disclosed in the land and mortgage register because the kitchen room has been converted into a room, in which an additional bathroom with a toilet has been separated.

The security deposit should be submitted in cash or in a savings book equipped with the owner's authorization to withdraw the entire deposit according to the valid court decision on the loss of the security depositno later than the day before the auction.
