The subject of the auction will be a separate residential unit with a usable area of 46.20 m2. The unit is assigned two cellars with an area of 22.40 m2. Total area 68.60 m2. The unit is equipped with installations: electrical, water, sewage - septic tank, a hot water tank suspended in the utility room, central heating and water from a solid fuel boiler, panel radiators. The unit is located on the third floor (second floor) of a multi-family residential building. This building is located on plot no. 1153/8 AM-3 with an area of 350 m2. The unit has a share of 120/1000 in the common parts of the building and land.
The bidder participating in the auction should submit a security deposit of one-tenth of the estimated amount, which is 12,500.00 PLN.

According to Article 962 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the bidder participating in the auction should submit the security deposit no later than the day before the auction.

The date of submission of the security deposit is considered the day the bailiff's bank account is credited.
