We have an apartment for assignment in TBS resources in Łódź in the Janów estate on Jagienki Street, built in 2003. The apartment is approximately 46 m2 and consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom. The local has one of the largest storage rooms in the entire block. The apartment underwent a thorough renovation in August 2022. The electrical installations were replaced (a large number of outlets and fuses added) and the water and sewage system. The old layers of paint were removed from the walls and new plaster and paint were applied. New panels and tiles were laid on the floors, with gres in the bathroom. The radiators were disassembled, restored, and painted in a powder coating matching the decor. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction stove, furniture, and IKEA appliances. The kitchen from the Method series allows for easy replacement of the fronts or adjustment of the furniture to suit your needs (the current fronts are still on sale). Throughout the apartment, there are quality doors from the DRE company, while the entrance door from GERDA is heavy and perfectly soundproofs noises from the stairwell. The area is quiet, green, and serene, yet close to all the necessary service points, shops, schools, kindergartens, a gym, a post office, restaurants, and bus and tram stops. The highway exit is just about 2 km away. I invite interested parties who are aware of what TBS participation is and what the offer entails to view the property. What does TBS participation mean? A TBS apartment is a social housing program supported by the state and local governments. Tenants of TBS apartments are not owners. By making a payment (participation in construction costs), which amounts to up to 30% of the apartment's value, they gain the right to use the apartment for life and pass it on to future generations.
