There are only 3 apartments in the tenement house, each on a different floor, and currently, only two are inhabited.
In close proximity, there are shops, a school, a kindergarten, and a bus stop, as well as a tram stop a bit further away.
The area is quiet because the windows and garden are not facing the street and are relatively calm.
As for the negatives, which may be the shared water bill because there is one main meter and we settle according to the number of residents.
The second negative, in our opinion, is a neighbor who is demanding and wants to control, threatening with court where there has already been a case in court regarding the division of the yard.
Of course, someone new being assertive may not have this problem.
On the other hand, the second neighbor, who currently does not live there, is a model.
