The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage, paid additionally 50,000 PLN. There are 6 main advantages of the apartment, which result in high rental income: 1/ location - as can be seen in the photos, the apartment is located between the stream and the Spa Park - the Pearl of Polanica. The building is 20 meters from the Spa Park, the Great Pieniawa Spring, the stream, and the promenade with restaurants, bike rentals, and all other attractions. 2/ modern building in the style of an apartment building from 2022 3/ finish - mountain style wood and stone. 4/ sauna - located in the bathroom upstairs. It is clear that Polanica learned its lesson from 1997 and all hydrotechnical investments upstream of the Bystrzyca Dusznicka stream have paid off. The apartment is truly unique and ready to write a new story with new owners. I would never sell it if I didn't have to, but life is life and sometimes forces us to make such decisions.
