Additional note: The flood in 2024 did not affect Polanica at all, despite causing such great damage in the Klodzko Valley. It is clear that Polanica learned its lesson from 1997 and all hydrotechnical investments upstream of the Bystrzyca Dusznicka stream have paid off.
The apartment is truly unique and ready to write a new story with new owners. I would never sell it if I didn't have to, but life is life and sometimes forces us to make such decisions.
