the first auction will commence in the manner specified in Article 986'* § 4 of the Act of November 17, 1964 Civil Procedure Code (hereinafter: CPC)

the first auction in electronic form

of the following real estate: - real estate located at plot 446, 98-405 Galewice, for which the real estate land Galewice plot no. 446, precinct 5 (address: ul. dz. 446, Galewice, 98-405 Galewice) has a land register number SR1W/000xxxxx/I1

Description of the property: The land property located in the village of Galewice and marked in the land registry as plot no. 446, precinct 5 Galewice, gm. Galewice - with an area of 0.1784 ha. The property is undeveloped, fenced on three sides with a fence made of concrete slabs, partially hardened with concrete blocks. According to the study of conditions and directions of spatial development of the Galewice commune, the property being the subject of the study is located in agricultural land.

The estimated value is 76,100.00 PLN, while the starting price is equal to 3/4 of the estimated value and amounts to 57,075.00 PLN.

Within two weeks before the auction, the above-mentioned property can be viewed on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The protocol of description and valuation is made available in the IT system.

The bidder participating in the auction should submit a deposit of one-tenth of the estimated value, which is the amount of 7,610.00 PLN. The deposit must be paid to the bailiff's bank account 32 9256 0004 0723 1964 2000 0010 no later than 2 working days before the auction begins. The sale is conducted via electronic auction. Participation in the auction requires creating an account in the IT system servicing electronic auctions available at the address elicytacje.komornik.pl/ and joining the auction two working days before its start.

The bidder submits the deposit no later than 2 working days before the auction begins, and if participating in the auction as an attorney for another person, they must additionally present their authorization. The participation of one bidder is sufficient for the auction to take place. Based on Article 986'* § 2 CPC, the condition for participation in the auction is the creation of an individual account in the IT system.
