NOTICE OF THE FIRST AUCTION OF REAL ESTATE
Judicial Officer at the District Court in Szczecinek Krzysztof Robert Wislocki based on art. 953 of the Code of Civil Procedure announces to the public that:

at the District Court building in Szczecinek located at ul. Jasna 3 there will be
the first auction
1/2 undivided part of the property constituting plot No. 288/4 built on an area of 0.2058 HA,
located: 78-400 Szczecinek, Zoltnica, for which the District Court in Szczecinek V Land Registry Department maintains the land register with the number KW KO11/000xxxxx/2
The estimated value is 121,200.00 PLN, and the starting price is equal to 3/4 of the estimated value and amounts to 90,900.00 PLN.
The bidder participating in the auction should submit a deposit of one-tenth of the estimated value, which is 12,120.00 PLN. The deposit should be made in cash or in a savings book of banks authorized under banking law equipped with the owner's authorization to withdraw the entire deposit according to the court's valid decision on the loss of the deposit. The deposit can also be paid to the bailiff's account: Bank Polska Kasa Opieki SA I O. in Szczecinek 09 12403679 1111 0010 3948 9895 no later than the day before the auction. According to the provisions of art. 976 §1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, persons who can acquire the property only with the permission of a state authority, and who have not presented this permission, as well as other persons mentioned in this article, cannot participate in the auction.
In the two weeks prior to the auction, the property can be viewed on weekdays from 08:00 to 15:00 and the protocol of the property valuation, the expert's valuation report, and the extract from the land register along with a map from the enforcement proceedings can be reviewed at the District Court in Szczecinek at ul. Jasna 3 in room secretariat 1 of the Civil Division of the District Court in Szczecinek.
The rights of third parties will not be an obstacle to the auction and the awarding of ownership to the buyer without reservations, if these persons do not submit proof before the auction starts that they have filed a lawsuit to exempt the property or items seized with it from enforcement and have obtained a ruling suspending enforcement in this regard. Usufruct, easements, and lifetime rights, if not disclosed in the land register or by submitting a document to the document collection and not reported no later than three days before the auction starts, will not be taken into account in the further course of enforcement and will expire upon the finalization of the decision on the awarding of ownership
