Buildings are designed in the style of contemporary modernism, allowing for simple and functional forms while maintaining a unique appearance. The building's façade is characterized by symmetrical recesses, which, together with the modern look of the buildings, gives them harmony.
Large window formats linked with symmetrical recesses of the façade coordinate with the layout of the apartments in the building, while large glazing will blur the boundary between the interior and the environment, perfectly illuminating the residential area. Balconies in rectangular format and glass railings bring lightness and transparency to the structure of the building.
The main color of the façade is white, which gives the building elegance and lightness, while the visual entirety of the project is complemented by surprisingly metallic color accents around the windows. Comfort of movement between floors will be provided by modern elevators. For the convenience of residents, underground parking spaces with parking spots and individual garage bays are planned. Parking spaces are also available on the parking lot next to the buildings. Each apartment has been allocated a cellar, which will help relieve the living space of things that you do not use on a daily basis.
