I would like to present to you a 2-room apartment located on Jeziorna Street in Rumia. The apartment was purchased by me for residential purposes, not as an investment. However, after almost a year from the handover, it turned out that I have to sell this property.
Below I will present the advantages that I believe distinguish this apartment and contributed to the choice of this particular unit:

- As for the location, we were looking for something that would be relatively close to the city but also provide us with more peace and access to green areas for walks, as well as proximity to the beaches of the Gdansk Bay. In our opinion, this apartment meets that compromise.
- The parking space purchased by us for the unit ensures the comfort of quick parking and the safety of the parked car.
- And perhaps the greatest advantage of this apartment is that it is available immediately and within two to three months you can already move in.
As for the sales procedure itself, I must inform you that I am a private person, and this apartment is already treated as from the secondary market. Therefore, there is a need to pay the PCC tax - 2% of the purchased property. Generally, this tax is on the buyer's side, but there is a possibility of exemption from this tax if it concerns the purchase of the first property. If payment is necessary, I am willing to cover half of this tax as the seller, just as the amount related to the transfer of ownership at the notary.
