The solutions implemented by the designers of Awangarda Mogilska will create the impression of buildings next to each other with varied stylistics, heights, shapes, and facade colors – in shades of black, red, and sandstone.

Residents will have at their disposal a three-level underground parking garage, including places for charging vehicles and three bicycle storage rooms. The designers have ensured the needs of residents are met in both carefully planned apartments and common spaces. Future residents can expect easily accessible storage rooms on the floors next to the apartments, and the entrance to the building will be enhanced by a functioning mini art gallery in the lobby.

Sustainable solutions

In designing Awangarda Mogilska, we utilized many sustainable solutions that positively impact the state of the environment while also lowering maintenance costs. This is the first residential project in Krakow where Skanska will apply efficient photovoltaic panels and a heat recovery system from ventilation, which uses heat pumps for preheating domestic hot water. Additionally, future residents can expect aerosol filters.

Rooms in the building will be equipped with touchless access control, and the apartments will contain a device management system, Appartme, known as smart home, which will allow residents of Awangarda Mogilska to remotely control household devices and installations, such as regulating room temperatures, and consciously monitoring usage costs.

Our goal is for Awangarda Mogilska to obtain a BREEAM certificate at a very good level, confirming that energy-saving and environmentally friendly solutions have been implemented in the investment, enhancing the comfort of living and rationally utilizing energy.
