The apartment is located in a gated community with security and a playground for children. Right next to a kindergarten. It is very atmospheric and very clean. Living room (1) and rooms (2 and 3) in white colors, bedroom (4) in pleasant, calming beige + carpet. Corridor in warm gray. Living room with south-facing windows, other rooms facing north and a very quiet yard. The area is peaceful, nearby (1min) there is a large self-service store Kulfon, 5min to Biedronka and Rossmann. 2 min to the tram stop with access to the center. Fast internet is included in the apartment price.

The apartment functioned for several years as a workspace with accommodation (office, but without client visits). My team and I conceived many interesting projects there, providing us with a lot of excitement. We derived immense joy from working together and felt that we were progressing quickly. During that time, the company beautifully developed. Then, for 3 years, a happy family lived in the apartment, taking great care of the cleanliness of all rooms. Thus, the walls absorbed both effective, creative work and a great team spirit, as well as a sense of safety and love among close ones. There is simply good energy there, which I believe will positively influence the happiness and prosperity of future residents. :)

The apartment consists of:

> living room connected with kitchen (in the living room: dining table, 2 sofas, large TV, balcony)

> bedroom 1 (bed 160cm, wardrobe, inside room bathroom no. 1 with shower)

> room 2 (currently an office room, can also be arranged as a child's room)

> room 3 (currently a child's room: single bed, clothes cupboard, chest of drawers, table)

> bathroom no. 2 (entrance from the corridor, bathtub, washing machine)

> corridor (very capacious large wardrobes)

> garage (the apartment includes 2 parking spaces in the underground garage, each paid additionally 400 PLN. You can rent one, both or none.)

If needed, I can furnish the apartment with other furniture.
