For many years I waited and postponed for another time, lack of time to take care of this wonderful building, the decision has come that it is time to give it a chance for change.

The building is in need of renovation on plots of 3848m2, the plot almost reaches the summer church in Rozanystok. The object was built around 1906, it housed an orphanage, a school, and finally apartments. It is not listed under the conservator so there is no oversight here :), however, it lies in an area subject to the conservator - close to the summer church, which belongs to the conservator. This gives a great advantage that taxes are half exempt from fees. They will not allow the building to be demolished and a concrete plant to be built here, such a hindrance ;) However, they are not interested in what we do inside. You can check with the conservator yourself before purchasing.

I once started making documentation for expansion and reconstruction but lack of time stopped everything. If you have ideas for investment in Rozanystok, and there are many possibilities to do, I invite you to take a look. There is electricity, heating from the heating plant, water, and sewage with the possibility of connection. A new road and bike path make for excellent communication with Dabrowa Bialostocka. Worth considering :) For me, a wonderful atmosphere and amazing semi-circular ceilings and walls nearly a meter thick, atmosphere and history :)
