BEST S.A. acting on behalf of BEST I Non-Standardized Securitization Investment Fund Closed with its registered office in Gdynia (the Fund), the mortgage creditor of the property in question (our reference: 11291403) informs about the possibility of purchasing the property in the course of a bailiff's auction. The subject of the auction will be a land property located in the village of Motycz Jozefin, gm. Konopnica with a total area of 1.0006 ha, including plots with registration numbers: 478, 268/8, 268/9, 268/10. - plot with registration number 268/9, with an area of 0.1571 ha (classified in the land register as built agricultural land class Br-RII (0.0972ha) and arable land class Rll (0.0599ha)), partially built with a single-story residential building, with a basement and unused attic, brick with a building area of 90m2 and usable area of 72.47m2, as well as a brick farm building with a building area of 32m2, estimated price: 404,000.00 PLN, starting price (three-quarters of the estimated price): 303,000.00 PLN, value of the deposit: 40,400.00 PLN. The property is encumbered with a limited property right - a personal easement of residence free of charge and for life and land use of an area of 30 ares on plot number 268/9 by the entitled person, value of the easement: 55,000.00 PLN, value of the property considering the burden of personal easement: 349,000.00 PLN. It is noted that according to the wording of Article 1000§3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, if the disclosed personal easement is fully covered by the purchase price, it will be maintained, i.e. the buyer will be fully responsible towards the entitled person from the easement, in return, however, the purchase price will be reduced by the value of the right, otherwise, if the easement finds only partial coverage in the purchase price - it will expire, without accounting its value for the purchase price. - plot with registration number 268/8 with a land area of 0.0600 ha (classified as arable land class RH), undeveloped, lacking access to the road, adjacent to the developed plot number 268/9, estimated price: 31,200.00 PLN, starting price (three-quarters of the estimated price): 23,400.00 PLN, value of the deposit: 3,120.00 PLN. - plot with registration number 268/10 with a land area of 0.5519 ha (classified as orchards in class S-Rll), flat terrain, access via a municipal dirt road, partially along the so-called hardened traces with rubble, estimated price: 324,000.00 PLN, starting price (three-quarters of the estimated price): 243,000.00 PLN, value of the deposit: 32,400.00 PLN; - plot with registration number 478, with a land area of 0.2316 ha (classified as orchards in class S-RII), flat terrain, adjacent on two sides to access roads, on the western side adjacent to the municipal access road, on the northern side - to a local road, estimated price: 16,000.00 PLN, starting price (three-quarters of the estimated price): 12,000.00 PLN, value of the deposit: 1,600.00 PLN; Participants in the auction are required to submit a deposit in cash or in a savings book equipped with the owner's authorization to withdraw the entire deposit according to the valid court decision on the loss of the deposit or pay into the bailiff's account Bank PEKAO S.A. 20 1240 5497 1 I 11 0000 5004 9440 no later than the day before the auction.
