NOTICE OF THE SYNDIC ON THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE

The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of a natural person not conducting business activity announces a written, unlimited tender for the sale of the bankruptcy estate property, i.e. the ownership rights to the property for which the District Court in Lubin, 5th Land Registry Department, maintains KW no. LE1U/00018304/4,

in the form of plot no. 119/6 with an area of 0.0233 ha, built with a single-family building in duplex development with a usable area of 70.20 m2 at Kołomłyńska Street 2a in Scinawa 59-330, Lubin County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, which is a remnant after a fire and requires comprehensive reconstruction.

- for a starting price (not less than) 45,000.00 PLN.

The tender will take place on July 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the syndic's office in Bielawa

(58-260), Wolności Street 23. The conditions of the tender are specified in the Tender Regulations, which can be reviewed at the syndic's office. Written offers marked "Tender - Scinawa" must be submitted to the syndic's office by the deadline of July 4, 2025, at 2:00 PM (the date of receipt of the offer at the syndic's office is counted).

The offer must include proof of payment of the deposit in the amount of 10% of the starting price

to the bankruptcy estate bank account at PKO BP S.A. no. 09 1020 5138 0000 9802 0545 5201 by the above deadline (the date of receipt of the deposit in the bank account is counted).

The right to freely choose the bidder, conduct additional negotiations

and the right to change or cancel the tender conditions, including its annulment

without giving reasons is reserved.
