Neighbors are pleasant, unchanged for years, never had any problems.

The apartment is well-situated, internally the estate has a quiet courtyard, outside the road to Romera street is wide enough that no traffic noise or any other annoying sounds are heard at all.

I wholeheartedly recommend it, it has been beautiful living here but it is time for a change in life.
