- External walls consist of a load-bearing layer of silicate brick/gas concrete 24 cm thick and a layer of insulation made of 20 cm thick polystyrene finished with silicate plaster.
- The facades of the buildings are designed with color differentiation and accentuated decorative, irregular beams and plastering. The adopted color scheme is graphite, light gray, and white.
- Internal walls - made of silicate brick/gas concrete/gips blocks of varying thickness.
