I am selling my former apartment in the center of Katowice. It consists of:

The apartment, being one floor above the surrounding buildings, offers a beautiful view of the panorama of downtown Katowice (the building has an elevator). Bright, with windows on three sides. High rooms – 2.7 m.

Modernly furnished, good kitchen appliances, air conditioning, beautiful gres in the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. In the bedroom and living room, floor panels are laid. Between the living room and the hallway, there are sliding doors built into the wall that do not take up space from any side. In the living room, a recently purchased designer Rosco sofa, which unfortunately I have to leave in the apartment because it has a corner on the side that does not fit my new apartment.

The bedroom is quiet, on the yard side. The living room is on Sokolskiej Street, but with closed windows, it is quiet, and air conditioning takes care of the temperature.

Location for people who love urban life. Nearby cafes, restaurants, cinemas. Katowicka Gallery and the train station are just 7 minutes on foot. During the time I lived here, many office buildings were built in this part of downtown Katowice, making this apartment ideal for purchase or rental for their employees.

Parking is available in the yard behind the gate that opens with a remote control, although spots are not guaranteed, so it is worth buying a resident card of Katowice – the subscription is very attractively priced and allows parking throughout the city.

There is no gas in the apartment. In the bathroom and kitchen, there are separate electric, flow-through water heaters, so hot water is immediately available everywhere. In the kitchen, all appliances are built-in (Electrolux brand):

• wash-dryer
• dishwasher
• oven
• microwave
• high-powered heating plate connected to the three-phase installation

The building dates back to the sixties, the era of modernism. No longer a tenement house, but not yet a large slab. In the apartment, before I moved in, I made screeds everywhere and many plasterboards, so everything holds level and angles are straight.

Current fees are 773 PLN monthly and include municipal central heating, water, and waste disposal.
