The apartment is exceptionally spacious, almost 65m2, with 2 bedrooms measuring 12.55m2 and 10.85m2, while the living room is an impressive 28.42m2! Thus, in the larger bedroom, despite a large bed 200cm wide, there is space for a large wardrobe, which we can build custom for the client at an additional cost or as part of negotiations. The second bedroom will easily fit a large double bed (or 2 single beds) and a wardrobe.

Included in the apartment price are comprehensive joinery fixtures with hinges and BLUM systems, as well as color schemes from visualizations - KASHMIR and a wooden motif - SANTA FE VINTAGE (H1330 ST10), or VERSAILLES from the SWISS Krono and Egger collections.

Besides the joinery fixtures in the kitchen, hallway, and around the bathroom, we have also made a cabinet in the bathroom, and a deep cupboard above the entrance door where we concealed the electrical box along with space for useful accessories like light bulbs, fuses, etc.

The bathroom, as mentioned above, features a large shower cabin and a bathtub! A large countertop sink with a faucet, a wall-hung frame (GROHE), and a toilet bowl. In the bathroom, besides the main lighting, we will apply night LED lighting. This solution is intended to make using the toilet at night pleasant and not straining on the eyes. The price includes complete finishing of the apartment: new panels, gres, interior doors, lighting, a very large cabinetry including the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom. Tiles will also be laid on the balcony, and lighting will be installed. The walls will be ready, plastered, primed, and painted twice with Tikkurila paint. Decorative wallpaper from "Dress Your Walls" - you can still choose your own.

The apartment will be ready for occupancy from July 1, 2025.
