The condition for participating in the sale is in particular:

1. submission of an offer in a sealed envelope with the note: "OFFER – Daniel Chojnacki – DO NOT OPEN UNTIL THE SALE DATE" - NO LATER than July 29, 2025, at 15:00 to the office of the Syndic, located at: Wojska Polskiego 24-26 in Koszalin; ALL INFORMATION ON WHAT THE OFFER SHOULD CONTAIN IS IN THE SALE REGULATIONS;

2. payment of a deposit in the amount of 217,600.00 PLN (20% of the starting price) to the bankruptcy estate account of Daniel Chojnacki held by Santander Bank Polska S.A. account number: 32 1090 1623 0000 0001 5866 5627 titled "Deposit – Daniel Chojnacki" - no later than July 29, 2025.

Opening of offers and selection of the offer will take place on August 5, 2025, at 14:00 at the office of the Syndic, located at: Wojska Polskiego 24-26 in Koszalin. The sole criterion for selecting the offer is its amount – the purchase price offered by the bidder.
