- flat roofs are permitted in all forms with a slope angle of up to 10°,

- roof coverings: ceramic tiles, metal roofing, cement tiles, flat metal in the natural color of ceramic tiles, or brown, or graphite, or matte black, provided that the determination does not apply to flat roofs,
- it is established that the type and color of the covering must be the same for all buildings on the building plot, provided that the determination does not apply to flat roofs,
l) external facades:
- the color of the walls with low color saturation is established exclusively in the NCS color system in the range from 0000 to 2020, i.e. no more than 20% black in color and no more than 20% chromaticity of color, provided that shades from the range above 2020 are permitted, but only on small fragments of walls not exceeding 10% of their surface,
- window joinery of external openings within the building must be made in the same color, provided that a different color is permitted for services on the ground floor of the building,
- it is permitted to finish facades with durable cladding except for trapezoidal and corrugated plates;
m) for existing buildings exceeding non-crossing building lines, but located entirely in the MN/U-1 or MN/U-2 area, renovations, extensions, reconstructions, and changes in use are permitted in accordance with the remaining provisions of the plan, and extensions with the preservation of the non-crossing building line and other provisions of the plan,
n) for existing buildings exceeding non-crossing building lines, which are partially located in the boundary lines of the KDG-1 road, renovations and reconstructions are permitted in accordance with the remaining provisions of the plan;
3) principles and conditions for merging and dividing properties according to the rules specified in § 11 of the plan;
4) minimum area of a newly designated building plot - 500 m2,
5) principles of service in terms of communication on the terms specified in § 13;
6) principles of service in terms of technical infrastructure on the terms specified in § 14;
7) temporary development, arrangement, and use of the area - a ban on temporary development, arrangement, and use of the areas is established, except for:
a) in accordance with the previous use,
b) objects intended for temporary use during construction works, located on the construction site.
