We are pleased to present a unique property with traditions - a guesthouse located in the village of Szczesne near Olsztyn (6 km to the city center). The entire property consists of a total of 3 buildings and land with an area of 6922 m2:

The hotel has been successfully operating continuously since the late 90s. Thanks to the efforts of the owners, it has established a strong position in the hotel services market, ensuring a long list of regular guests and an influx of new ones. Detailed description.
The residential house has a boiler room and an oil furnace along with a fireplace, while the guest buildings are heated by a pellet stove, and water heating is supported by solar collectors. The entire property is powered by a three-phase electrical installation with a power of 32 kW. A very practical solution is the own home sewage treatment plant, with a processing capacity of 3 m3 per day, for which a water law permit has been issued. The property has its own pond, which is also a natural retention reservoir. All buildings are connected to the water supply network.
Undoubtedly, the advantage of the property is its location, allowing for the continued successful operation of the existing business or its transformation into another type of activity. The distance from Olsztyn is only 3.5 kilometers, to the beach by Lake Skanda 2.6 kilometers, and to Lake Linowskie 2.1 kilometers. Within 3 km is the Olsztyn bypass junction, from which you can conveniently exit when coming from Gdansk (167km), Warsaw (219km), or Poznan (372km). Besides having your own means of transport, you can reach it by buses running on the Olsztyn - Szczytno route, the city bus line no. 105, or even by train (the station near the village of Klewki - 2 km).
