Not far from Poznan – in the village of Glinno near Nowy Tomysl, close to major communication routes both road (A2 motorway, Nowy Tomysl bypass) and rail (E20 Berlin - Moscow line), a new multi-family building is being constructed (the first of three). Kindergarten, schools, health clinics, green areas, playgrounds, and commercial facilities - all this will be at your fingertips.

The subject of the investment is a multi-family residential building with five above-ground floors and one staircase, without a basement. A total of 24 residential units and 1 commercial unit located on the ground floor are planned in the building. On the ground floor, in addition to apartments and a commercial unit (which has a direct entrance from the outside of the building), utility rooms (stroller/bike room, heat pump room, and technical room) are located. All apartments are free of architectural barriers - an elevator has been designed in the building.

Standard of internal work execution in residential units:

• external walls made of ceramic blocks, thermally insulated with polystyrene;
• internal walls made of ceramic blocks, plastered on both sides with machine plaster;

• plasters – gypsum machine plasters prepared for painting;
• central heating installation – water underfloor heating is planned in all residential rooms and additionally an electric heater in bathrooms;
• water supply and sewage installation - prepared for the installation of taps and sanitary devices;
• electrical installation – prepared for the installation of electric stoves and lighting fixtures. The installation in all apartments includes equipment: sockets and switches (without a power socket for the induction hob);
• telecommunication installation – a multimedia socket is planned in the living room;
• Each apartment will be connected to the intercom installation (intercoms opened additionally with proximity key fobs).
• The costs do not include the equipment with electric stoves, lighting fixtures, light sources, sinks, washbasins, bathtubs, and toilets.

The building will consist of apartments from 1 to 3 rooms. Apartments with an area from 30 m² (studios) to 67 m² (three-room) have been designed.

The building will be independent of the municipal heat supplier thanks to the use of a ground heat pump for the needs of hot water and central heating. The operation of the heat pump will be supported by a photovoltaic installation located on the roof of the building.

The Housing Cooperative in Nowy Tomysl currently has a permit to build the first of three buildings.
