INTERNAL INSTALLATIONS OF THE BUILDING
1. Building heating - Saunier Duval heat pump. Underfloor heating throughout the building. The external unit of the heat pump is located in front of the building entrance. The internal unit is located in the utility room.
2. Water and sewage installation - in the kitchen, bathrooms, and utility room connections to devices according to the project. Non-draining septic tank - underground tank capacity 10m3.
3. Electrical installation - distribution board in the garage. Inside the building, installations for 230V sockets, lighting installations, power installations for powering the electric stove, and surge protection installations. White electrical fittings.
4. Gravity ventilation, air vents in windows.
5. Telecommunication installation:
a. 2 TV sockets (living room and large bedroom).
b. Internet socket in the large room and each bedroom.
c. Preparation for cable entry, e.g.: fiber optic.
d. 2 cables (internet and antenna) led to the roof.
