The Pastelowe estate is being realized in an area surrounded by green spaces and in a picturesque neighborhood of the Radunia Stream. Nearby the complex are schools, kindergartens, and a developed service and commercial infrastructure. Close to the estate runs the Tri-City bypass, allowing future residents to quickly and comfortably reach Gdynia, Sopot, or other nearby towns.
As part of the first stage, completed in the first quarter of 2021, 180 apartments in layouts from 2 to 4 rooms have been built. An interesting solution here are the lofts created in the apartments on the third floor.
The second stage of the investment has been divided into 2 parts: IIa and IIb. The construction of apartments planned in stage IIa was completed in the fourth quarter of 2022, while the apartments planned in stage IIb will be ready for collection in 2024. In the second stage, a total of five buildings were built with 350 apartments ranging from 36 to 62 square meters.
A number of ecological solutions have been implemented on the estate, including photovoltaic panels on the roofs, LED lighting, and antibacterial lamps in the common areas.
The buildings feature windows of non-standard sizes, which provide better lighting and a wider perspective out the window. Ground floor apartments have private gardens, while apartments on higher floors have one or two spacious balconies. The apartments are also attached to storage units or bicycle rooms, providing additional storage space.
All buildings have elevators starting from the underground garage.
The estate also includes covered bike parking, while for residents focused on fitness and a sporty physique, a relaxation and recreation area will be designated, equipped with modern exercise equipment. A colorful playground is planned for children.
The investment also includes an apartment finished to a key standard.
The architectural design of the investment was created in the K&M Design studio. | Seller: Patrycja Szabelska |
