BUILDING

The water and sewage, heating, electrical, and gas installations have also been replaced, and the facade has been renovated with insulation of the building. The cooperative has effectively renovated everything that can be done inside, and thanks to the replacement of the electrical installation in the staircases (there are 3 phases), it is possible to connect an induction cooker in the apartment, although it is worth also replacing the electrical installation in the premises itself.

It is very worth emphasizing the courtyard that surrounds the building and neighboring blocks. The whole area is fenced and closed to outsiders, and time spent in the courtyard, enjoying the peace and quiet, can be spent surrounded by the ubiquitous greenery visible in the photos.

NEIGHBORHOOD

The building is located at ul. Schillera 4. It is close to the Krasiński Garden or the Saxon Garden, which can be an interesting option for runners, cyclists, and walking enthusiasts. The Old Town Market and New Town are just a few minutes' walk away. In addition to numerous monuments that will regularly attract tourists and green areas, it is worth mentioning the rich commercial and service infrastructure. There are plenty of pharmacies, fitness clubs, restaurants, and shops in the area, and across from the block, there are Żabka and Carrefour Express.

Regarding access to any place in Warsaw, the first thing to mention is the Ratusz Arsenal metro station, which is an 11-minute walk from the building. There are also bus stops nearby that allow for efficient access to the selected location in the city; it is a good starting point, but also a great place for a few days' stay in the center of Warsaw if considering this place in the context of purchasing for short-term rental. Excellent connections in every direction are provided by buses departing from Plac Krasińskich lines 116, 178, 180, 503, 518, or N44.
