The auction will take place at the headquarters of ARS Sp. z o.o. in Plock, at Pl. Stary Rynek 5 lok. 6A III floor (entrance from Bielskiej street) - conference room on 28/08/2025 at 11:00 AM. The starting price is 349,900.00 PLN. The condition for participating in the auction is to pay a deposit of 35,000 PLN by 27/08/2025 by 3:00 PM to the account of ARS in Pekao S.A. bank, account number 22 1240 3174 1111 0000 2891 4152. The auction may be attended by persons who familiarize themselves with the auction regulations and submit: 1) a written statement constituting attachment no. 1 to the auction regulations, 2) a photocopy of the deposit payment receipt, 3) a certificate of no arrears in obligations to ZUS and US, issued no earlier than 2 months before participating in the auction and submit an excerpt from the relevant register or a printout from the central register and information on business activity issued/printed no earlier than 3 days before participating in the auction - does not apply to individuals not conducting business activity. The above-mentioned documents must be submitted to the secretariat of the Agency for the Revitalization of the Old Town ARS Sp. z o.o., Plac Stary Rynek 5 lok. 6A III floor (entrance from Bielskiej street) tel. 0-24 367-68-40, no later than 27/08/2025 by 3:00 PM. The handover of the unit to the buyer will take place based on a handover protocol, within 3 days from the date of signing the contract transferring ownership of the unit. No later than one day before the date of signing the final sales contract (transfer of ownership rights), the full auction price (taking into account the amount of the deposit paid) must be paid to the Company's account, under the penalty of ARS Sp. z o.o. withdrawing from the contract and forfeiting the deposit. The right to withdraw ARS Sp. z o.o. is entitled to submit within 14 days from the designated date of signing the sales contract. All information regarding the subject of the auction and the regulations can be obtained: 1) at the Customer Service Office of ARS Sp. z o.o. ul. Synagogalna 9/11 Plock daily from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 2) by phone 024 367-68-43 investment department or 024 367-68-46 administration department. Due to the statutory right of pre-emption of the property belonging to the Municipality of the City of Plock, a conditional sales contract with the buyer will be concluded in the form of a notarial deed, no later than within 30 working days from the date of the auction. If the City of Plock does not exercise the right of pre-emption, the parties will conclude the contract transferring ownership of the property within 14 days. The costs associated with the conclusion of notarial deeds are borne by the buyer.
