MY OPINION
The location is a great asset of the apartment because everything is close, next to us we also have a tram and buses. The premises are double-sided, which works especially well in summer. The balcony has a nice view of the green area of the estate. A universal place for everyone, in terms of proximity to trading and service points, great communication, availability of health services, and closeness to parks and graduation towers.
