Kepno County announces the first unlimited oral auction for the sale of undeveloped land property, owned by the State Treasury, located in the cadastral area no. 0001 - City of Kepno, map sheet 102, plot no. 77/1 with an area of 0.5950 ha, KW - KZ1E/00055512/4, maintained by the District Court in Kepno - Land and Mortgage Register Department. The plot no. 77/1, intended for sale, is located in the northern part of Kepno along the municipal road named Sportowa Street. In the immediate vicinity, there is a production plant and green areas. To the north, the plot is bordered by a slope on which the provincial road no. 482 - the bypass of Kepno is located. In the further surroundings, there is a housing estate of single-family houses, a primary school, a kindergarten, clinics, and recreational areas: a swimming pool, a playground, a pond, a park, a cinema, and other sports facilities. On the southern side, across the street, there are family allotment gardens. Basic utilities are located in the road - ul. Sportowa. The property is covered by the Local Spatial Development Plan of the Municipality of Kepno approved by the resolution of the City Council in Kepno no. XLII/249/2013 dated September 18, 2013, according to which plot no. 77/1 is located in areas designated AC1UH - service trade areas. The list of properties intended for sale has been made public by posting on the notice board at the Kepno County Office ul. Kosciuszki 5 and ul. Staszica 12, at the City and Municipality Office of Kepno and on the website of the Greater Poland Voivodeship from June 26, 2024 - to July 16, 2024. Information about its posting was published in the local press. The first auction will take place on November 20, 2024 (Wednesday) at 12:00 in the session room of the Kepno County Office ul. Kosciuszki 5 - (ground floor). The starting price is 1,600,000.00 PLN (in words: one million six hundred thousand zlotys 00/100). The achieved auction price will be subject to a 23% VAT tax. Individuals and legal entities who pay a deposit of 80,000.00 PLN (in words: eighty thousand zlotys 00/100) by November 15, 2024, to the account: Kepno County Office Bank PKO BP SA 24 1020 2212 0000 5702 0372 5900 can participate in the auction. Proof of deposit payment by the auction participant must be submitted to the auction committee. The amount of the bid increase is determined by the auction participants, provided that the increase cannot be less than 1% of the starting price, i.e. 16,000.00 PLN (in words: sixteen thousand zlotys 00/100). The buyer determined in the auction is obliged to pay the entire price of the property achieved in the auction, reduced by the paid deposit, no later than the date of signing the ownership transfer agreement. If the person determined as the buyer of the property does not appear without justification at the place and time specified in the notification of the sale agreement, the Starosta of Kepno may withdraw from the agreement, and the paid deposit is non-refundable. The costs associated with concluding the notarial agreement are borne by the buyer.
