The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of Sonia Krawczyk, a natural person not conducting business activity, announces a written auction for the sale of a 1/2 share in the ownership of a local property located in Ruda Slaska at ul. Modrzejewska, for which the District Court in Ruda Slaska V Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains the land and mortgage register no. GL1S/00038175/0 along with a share of 2063/100000 in the common property, which constitutes the ownership of the land and parts of the building and equipment that are not exclusively for the use of the owners of the premises covered by the land and mortgage register GL1S/00004409/3.

The condition for participation in the auction is to submit a written offer meeting all the requirements specified in the auction regulations to the Syndic's Office in Katowice at ul.
