The condition for participation in the auction is to submit a written offer in a sealed envelope in two copies - one to the hand of the commissioner judge Elzbieta Piotrowska, District Court Szczecin Center, 12th Economic Division, 19 Narutowicza Street, 70-231 Szczecin, the other to the receiver - Bartosz Stawarski, 12 Narutowicza Street, 70-240 Szczecin, with the note: "sale of property: Helios Spółka z o.o. in Grzybow, case file: XII GUp 20/20 – by July 8, 2025, by 15:00.
