The syndic of the bankruptcy estate hereby announces the Second Competition of Offers for the sale of the bankruptcy estate component, in the form of ownership rights to the residential premises located in Czestochowa at ul. Sportowa 38/6 with a total usable area of 61.20 m2, for which the District Court in Czestochowa maintains land and mortgage register no. CZ1C/00144349/1. The condition for participation in the Competition of Offers is to submit an offer for the property, which must strictly meet the conditions of the Regulations. Offers must be submitted in person at the office of the Syndic HPKM Legal Group (ul. gen. W. Sikorskiego 3/2, 53 – 659 Wroclaw), during office hours, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM or sent by post to the address of the Syndic's office, within 31 days counted from the date of publication of the announcement on the Syndic's office website, i.e. from July 25, 2025. The starting price for the property is 390,000.00 PLN (in words: three hundred ninety thousand zlotys 00/100), established based on the valuation report dated March 21, 2025, prepared by property appraiser Tomasz Kurowski. Furthermore, a condition for participation in the Competition of Offers for the sale of the bankruptcy estate is the payment by the Offeror of a deposit in the amount of 39,000.00 PLN (in words: thirty-nine thousand zlotys 00/100). Details regarding the submission of offers as well as the Regulations are available for review at the office and on the website: hpkm pl. All information regarding the subject and procedure of the Competition of Offers is provided by the syndic Mateusz Kurowski or a person authorized by the syndic by phone: +48 604 687 774 or by email: kancelaria(a)hpkm pl. The offer along with the required documents should be submitted in a sealed, unmarked envelope, and the envelope should be placed in a second envelope, containing a clear printed label: "LE1L/GUp/2/2025 – Offer to purchase a residential premises". The inner envelope should be sealed in a way that allows it to be opened without breaking the seal and in a manner that excludes the possibility of opening and closing it without leaving traces of opening. Individuals, legal entities, and organizational units referred to in Article 331 of the Civil Code may participate in the Competition of Offers. Foreigners may participate in the Competition of Offers after meeting the conditions specified in the Act of March 24, 1920, on the acquisition of real estate by foreigners (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1061, as amended). If the Offeror is represented by an attorney, the offer must include a power of attorney in the form of a notarial deed to participate in the Competition of Offers and to acquire the Subject of the Competition of Offers. The syndic of the bankruptcy estate reserves the right to select the most advantageous offer according to the content of the Regulations.
