Case file: PT1P/GUp/2/2022 ANNOUNCEMENT The bankruptcy trustee of HUTA SZKLA ANEWAL Limited Liability Company in bankruptcy announces a tender for the sale of real estate and movable property included in the bankruptcy estate – under the following conditions: 1. The subject of sale includes: a) the right of perpetual usufruct of the land property located in Piotrkow Trybunalski, plots of land with registration numbers 277/84 and 277/82, with a total area of 0.5941 ha, for which the District Court in Piotrkow Trybunalski, VI Land and Mortgage Register Department, maintains the land and mortgage register number PT1P/00104053/1, as well as the ownership rights to the buildings located on it - i.e. the chamotte building with a warehouse and a production hall, inventory number 2.1, with an estimated value of 4,151,000.00 PLN (four million one hundred fifty-one thousand zlotys) net, along with a collection of movable property, including a glass bath along with related movable property - detailed in Annex 2 to the sale conditions, which is an integral part of it, a collection of movable property listed in Annex 1 to the sale conditions, which is an integral part of it, and a dust filter (inventory number 1.120), b) movable property detailed in Annex 1 to the sale conditions, which is an integral part of it, c) a collection of movable property (offered for sale together) - including a glass bath along with related movable property - detailed in Annex 2 to the sale conditions, which is an integral part of it, d) dust filter. 2. The starting price is: a) in the case of the group of components of the bankruptcy estate referred to in point 1 letter a) [real estate along with the collection of movable property including a glass bath, dust filter, and the collection of movable property described in Annex 1 to the sale conditions] - 1,743,302.70 PLN (one million seven hundred forty-three thousand three hundred two zlotys and seventy groszy), b) in the case of an offer concerning individual movable property listed in Annex 1 to the sale conditions – the amount specified in Annex 1 to the sale conditions as the starting price for the individual item, c) in the case of the group of components of the bankruptcy estate referred to in point 1 letter c) [a collection of movable property offered for sale together - including a glass bath along with related movable property - listed in Annex 2 to the sale conditions] – 578,180.70 PLN (five hundred seventy-eight thousand one hundred eighty zlotys and seventy groszy), d) in the case of a dust filter – 108,000.00 PLN (one hundred eight thousand zlotys). 3. The price of movable property includes VAT at the rate of 23%. The sale price of the real estate will be increased by VAT if the sale transaction is not exempt according to the provisions of the VAT Act. 4. The selection of offers will be conducted in two stages: a) in the first stage – by September 15, 2025, at 16:00 - tender - the criterion for selecting offers will be the amount of the offered price. In the case of two or more offers submitted for the same item, the trustee will select the offer containing the highest price. Piramowicza 2 lok. 12, 90-254 Lodz (for the assessment of the timeliness of the offer submission, the date of delivery of the offer to the indicated address will be decisive), clearly marked on the envelope "Purchase Offer – Huta Anewal". b) in the second stage - from September 16, 2025, to September 30, 2025 - if the buyer is not selected in the first stage – components of the bankruptcy estate will be offered for sale at the starting price. The priority of the offer is determined by the time of its submission. 5. Those participating in the tender must, before submitting an offer, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, pay - to the bankruptcy estate bank account number: 10 1020 3916 0000 0102 0312 6802 (HUTA SZKLA ANEWAL Limited Liability Company in bankruptcy) - a deposit of 10% of the starting price, with the deposit amount rounded down to the full zloty. In the case of offers concerning individual items, the starting price of which does not exceed 1,000 PLN (one thousand zlotys) – the payment of a deposit is not required. 6. The announcement and conditions of the tender may be changed or canceled without giving a reason. The tender may be closed without selecting any offers. 7. The sale price - reduced by the paid deposit - must be paid and credited to the bankruptcy estate bank account no later than on the day of signing the sales agreement (before signing the agreement). 8.
