We present our latest investment in Pisarzowice at ul. Modrzewiowa. The location surrounded by new houses and agricultural fields offers peace but also the possibility of actively spending free time. Our proprietary project of a configurable house is a reinterpretation of the modern barn, which has already firmly established itself in our landscape. Heating will be provided by a Panasonic all-in-one heat pump, which will also prepare hot water for domestic use. The whole will cooperate with underfloor heating. There is a possibility to use the heat pump to cool the entire building through underfloor heating at no extra cost or mechanical ventilation for an additional fee. The building will be mechanically ventilated with heat recovery (recovery) based on a Zehnder ComfoAir Q 350 m2 device. The window joinery will be PVC from Budvar T-perfect with a coefficient of U=0.8 W/m2K, installed in a warm and tight manner using XPS foundations. In the living room, there are planned HST lift-and-slide terrace doors. It is worth noting the insulation of the attic based on heavy wood wool Steico Flex 036, which significantly reduces heat penetration through the roof covering compared to typical light rock wool. All this is perfectly complemented by the light roof covering, which reflects over 60% of solar radiation, reducing the temperature in the attic by about 8 degrees Celsius on a hot day. The investment will start in July 2025. There is a possibility of early purchase of the house and its configuration according to the buyer's wishes up to the turnkey state.
