The syndic of the bankruptcy estate in the case under reference LD1M/GUp/31/2024 of the District Court for Lodz-Srodmiescie in Lodz, XIV Economic Department for Bankruptcy and Restructuring, informs about the sale of the property consisting of a single-family house with a garage, located in the municipality of Pabianice, in the town of Rydzyny, marked as plot no. 590, with a total area of 0.1067 HA, for which the District Court in Pabianice maintains the book no. LD1P/00029911/5. The sale will take place through a tender, for a price not lower than 691,200.00 PLN.

The condition for participation in the tender is the payment of a deposit of 69,120.00 PLN by September 1, 2025, to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate with the number: 04 1020 3352 0000 1202 0322 8657.

Written offers in Polish may be submitted in a sealed envelope - by September 1, 2025, by 16:00 (the date of delivery of the offer to the given address is decisive) - to the address: Restructuring Advisor Sylwester Pomorski, ul. H. Sienkiewicza 52 lok. 14 klatka B, 90-058 Lodz, with a clear marking on the envelope - "Offer ul. Spokojna 3 Rydzyny". The criterion for selecting the offer will be the highest proposed price.
Offers will be considered on September 4, 2025, at 12:00 at the syndic's office, at the address given above. Each bidder is entitled to participate in the meeting where the offers will be considered.

The subject of the sale can be viewed until August 29, 2025, by prior arrangement (e-mail: s y n d y k @ p w p . b i z . p l ).

The announcement and the rules of the tender may be changed or canceled without giving a reason. The syndic is not obliged to accept an offer that does not meet the requirements specified in the sales conditions. Refusal to accept an offer does not require justification.
The syndic concludes the sale agreement within no more than 3 months from the date of selection of the offer.
