NOTICE OF THE SYNDIC OF THE BANKRUPTCY ESTATE OF TOMASZ MARC (PESEL: 74081700175), BEING A NATURAL PERSON NOT RUNNING A BUSINESS. The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of the debtor Tomasz Marc, being a natural person not running a business, in the bankruptcy proceedings conducted before the District Court in Gliwice, XII Economic Division under the case number GL1G/GUp-s/396/2024, announces a written auction, the subject of which is 1/1 share in the ownership right to the residential property no. 8, located on the 2nd floor of the building at ul. Kazni Oswiecimskiej 2 in Zabrze, for which the District Court in Zabrze, VI Land and Mortgage Register Division keeps the land and mortgage register no. GL1Z/00046410/4. Characteristics of the offer: 1. The subject of the auction is 1/1 share in the ownership right to the residential property no. 8, located on the 2nd floor of the building at ul. Kazni Oswiecimskiej 2 in Zabrze, for which the District Court in Zabrze, VI Land and Mortgage Register Division keeps the land and mortgage register no. GL1Z/00046410/4. The residential premises consist of 2 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, a hallway, and an ancillary room in the form of a cellar with an area of 3.93 m2. The usable area of the premises, excluding the ancillary room, is 50.70 m2. The premises are equipped with water, sewage, electrical, gas installations, as well as central heating and hot water from the municipal network. 2. The market price of the property is the amount constituting 90% of the market value, resulting from the valuation report prepared by the property appraiser Miroslaw Zych dated 19.07.2024, amounting to 240,660.00 PLN. This is also the minimum sale price. The sale price is subject to increase by the tax on goods and services [VAT], if such is due on the date of the transaction. 3. An advance payment of 24,066.00 PLN to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate of Tomasz Marc with the number: 15 8436 0003 0000 0030 2115 0001 [Bank MBS] must be made. The recognition of the bank account of the bankruptcy estate must occur no later than the day before the opening of offers. All bank fees related to the transfer of the advance payment are borne by the bidder. 5. The evaluation of offers will take place at the office of the syndic Daniel Michalak in Chorzow (41-506) ul. Dzialkowa 8, on 12.09.2025 at 15:15. Each bidder is entitled to participate in the meeting where the offers will be evaluated. 6. In the event that the highest offers contain the same price or the highest prices differ by an amount up to 10% of the highest offer, the syndic will qualify these offers for an additional oral auction, which will take place in the same place (ul.
