The first unlimited oral auction for the sale of residential unit no. 3 in the building at Poznanska Street 202 located on plot no. 121/9 in the land registry area 0011 in Ozarow Mazowiecki along with a share in the common property, in the municipality of Ozarow Mazowiecki.

Purpose in the local spatial development plan:

According to the applicable Local Spatial Development Plan of the city of Ozarow Mazowiecki for land registry area number 0011 – part III (Journal of Laws of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship of 2024-04-24, item 4699) approved by the resolution of the City Council in Ozarow Mazowiecki no. LXXVIII/726/24 dated 2024-03-21, the aforementioned property is located in areas designated for services with the possibility of single-family residential development, marked in the plan with the symbol 2U/MN.

The sold residential unit along with the share in the common property is not encumbered with limited property rights, mortgage, and does not constitute the subject of claims.

Price:

The starting price of residential unit no. 3 in the building at Poznanska Street 202 along with the corresponding share in the common property (building and land) is 113,500.00 PLN net (in words: one hundred thirteen thousand five hundred zlotys) + VAT according to the applicable rate.

Deposit:

The deposit for the residential unit along with the corresponding share in the common property is 11,350.00 PLN (in words: eleven thousand three hundred fifty zlotys).

The deposit should be paid to the bank account of the Municipality of Ozarow Mazowiecki: 15 1020 1185 0000 4602 0019 2351 by October 3, 2025 with the note in the title of the transfer "deposit for residential unit no. ...... in the building at Poznanska Street 202 in land registry area 0011 in Ozarow Mazowiecki".

IMPORTANT:

In the dotted place in the title of the deposit, the unit number to which the payment relates should be entered, otherwise, in the absence of the possibility to identify the deposit concerning a specific unit, the deposit will be considered incorrectly paid, and thus the payer will not be allowed to participate in the auction.

The date of payment of the deposit is considered to be the receipt of the required amount in the aforementioned bank account of the Municipality of Ozarow Mazowiecki.

Participants in the auction who do not become buyers of the property the deposit will be returned to the bank account from which the deposit was made, within three working days from the date of closing the auction.

The auction will take place on October 10, 2025, at 12:30 in the building at Konotopska Street 4 in Ozarow Mazowiecki in the conference room located on the second floor – room number 201.

Residential unit no. 3 in the building at Poznanska Street 202 in Ozarow Mazowiecki is in a state of "to renovate."

NOTE:

Until September 29, 2025 (the date of receipt at the Office) there is a possibility to submit an application regarding the inspection of units to verify their condition. The visit will take place after a written application has been submitted by interested parties. To expedite the processing of the application, please include an email address and contact phone number. Contact from the office regarding the inspection will occur at the provided email address or phone number within 3 working days from the date of submission of the application. Applications submitted after September 29, 2025, will not be considered (the date of receipt at the Office is counted).

The participant of the inspection will be required to confirm participation in the inspection in the appropriate statement.
