NOTICE OF SALE OF PROPERTY AND SHARE IN PROPERTY
The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of Stanislaw Dunala invites interested parties to purchase in a free sale:
- ownership of the land property located in Chalin, Dobrzyń nad Wisłą municipality, Lipno county, plot number 15, District Court in Lipno maintains land and mortgage register number WL1L/00030945/1 with a starting price of 44,000.00 PLN (forty-four thousand);
VIEWINGS
To arrange viewings, interested parties should contact the syndic via email, providing direct contact details for the person interested in the viewings.
DEADLINES
Offers for the Sale Object must be submitted by
October 9, 2025, by 15:00 at the Syndic's office at ul. Grudziądzka 74-76, lok. 101, 87-100 Toruń, during business hours from 9 to 17 (with the exception of the last day of the deadline) on working days or
sent by registered mail via a postal operator.
Note! The date of receipt at the Syndic's office is decisive for the rejection of the offer.
The opening and selection of offers will take place on
October 10, 2025, at 13:00 at the Syndic's office – Kancelaria Syndyka sp. z o.o. ul. Grudziądzka 74-76, lok. 101, 87-100 Toruń.
FORMAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE OFFER
- Identification of the bankruptcy estate component to which the offer pertains;
- precise identification of the offeror: name and surname (company), place of residence (registered office), its organizational-legal form, and in the case of individuals PESEL, NIP (if applicable), in the case of legal persons also REGON, KRS;
- offered price (including the amount in words) equal to at least the starting price without additional conditions or reservations – stated separately for each component of the bankruptcy estate if the offer pertains to both components of the bankruptcy estate;
- statement that the Offeror does not belong to the group of persons mentioned in point
157a sec. 2 of the Bankruptcy Law;
- signature of the offeror or signatures of persons authorized to represent the Offeror;
- current excerpt (original) of the Offeror from KRS or CEiDG (in the case of entrepreneurs);
- all permits and consents, if required by law due to the buyer's identity, in the case of commercial law companies – a resolution of the appropriate bodies, if required under the relevant provisions of the Commercial Companies Code (indicating that the person signing the offer and participating in the auction is authorized to conclude a sales contract for the offered price);
- proof of payment of the deposit;
- statement whether the offeror is married, and if so, the spouse's consent to submit the offer and conclude the sales contract, unless a marital property agreement abolishing the community of property has been concluded or the offeror acquires the component for separate property (in which case a relevant statement is required);
- statements about:
- familiarization with the factual and legal state of the Sale Object, its valuation, and not raising any objections in this regard;
- familiarization with the Sales Regulations, meeting the conditions specified in this regulation, and accepting them;
- commitment to cover all notarial fees and charges related to concluding the sales contract in the form of a notarial deed;
- statement of acceptance of the method of property delivery in accordance with the Sales Regulations;
- acceptance of the exclusion of warranty and the right of return;
- acceptance of the method of delivery in accordance with the regulations;
The offer must be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope, marked with the name, surname, and address for correspondence of the offeror and should include the note "Purchase offer in the proceedings of Stanislaw Dunala" or another inscription sufficiently identifying the offer. Such marked envelope should be addressed in a second envelope to the Syndic –

DEPOSIT
The condition for participating in the free sale is the payment of a deposit of 4,000.00 PLN (four thousand zlotys) for one component of the bankruptcy estate. If the offer pertains to two components of the bankruptcy estate, the deposit must be doubled, i.e., 8,000.00 PLN (eight thousand zlotys).
