The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of Roman Cwiekala in bankruptcy, a natural person not conducting business activity, invites negotiations regarding the sale of the ownership right of a 1/6 share (hereinafter: Share) in the residential unit marked with number 8, located at Osiedlowa Street 170 in Grodziec (Silesian Voivodeship) with a usable area of 57.85m2, situated on the second floor, third above-ground level in a multi-family residential building, three-story, for which a land and mortgage register number BB1B/00071143/9 is maintained. The minimum sale price of the share in the property is 28,347.75 PLN (in words: twenty-eight thousand three hundred forty-seven 75/00). To participate in the negotiations, a written offer must be submitted in a closed, sealed envelope with the inscription "Negotiations Roman Cwiekala in bankruptcy" case reference KR1S/GUp-s/521/2024 and the note "DO NOT OPEN" by September 10, 2025, at the address of the Office of the Syndic of the bankruptcy estate of Roman Cwiekala in bankruptcy, 31-202 Krakow, Pradnicka Street 65/10 (the date of receipt at the Syndic's Office, which is open on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, is decisive), and a deposit of 2,800.00 PLN (in words: two thousand eight hundred) must be paid to the bankruptcy estate bank account held at mBank S.A. with the number 78 1140 2004 0000 3702 8480 2450 no later than September 10, 2025 (the date of receipt of the money in the bank account is decisive). The offer should include: a) name and surname or company, address of residence or registered office, b) signature of the offeror or a person authorized to make declarations of will on behalf of the offeror in accordance with the documents attached to the offer, c) current document indicating the legal status of the offeror who is not a natural person (e.g. current extract from KRS, etc.), d) proposal to purchase the subject of the offer, the offered price, and payment terms, e) statement that the Offeror undertakes to bear the costs of concluding the notarial agreement and other fees related to the conclusion of the agreement, f) proof of payment of the deposit, g) statement that the Offeror has familiarized themselves with the legal and factual status of the subject of sale and accepts it without reservations and will not make any claims in the future in this regard. The consideration of offers will take place on September 16, 2025, at the Syndic's Office at 12:00 PM. Attendance at the offer consideration is not mandatory; absent offerors will be informed of the acceptance or rejection of the offer by phone or by mail.
