I have a 1-room apartment (~36 m²) available for rent in Krakow at Lubicz 22, near Rakowicka, Wielopole, Mogilska, Planty, just a 5-minute walk to the market.

Excellent transport connections to the rest of the city - the tenement is located directly opposite tram stops.

3 minutes on foot to the University of Economics, well connected to PK, AGH, AWF, KSW, UR

The apartment is on the first floor of the tenement located on Lubicz street (the windows overlook the courtyard - no street noise).

The room has a desk, cabinets, a large bed, a television - everything is exactly as shown in the pictures.

In the bathroom, there is a shower cabin, a Geberit WC, a washing machine, and a sink.

In the kitchen, there is a 4-burner electric stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle, an oven, and a dishwasher, etc.

Heating in the apartment is gas - from the boiler located in the tenement.

Utilities (electricity, gas, water) are billed monthly based on actual consumption according to meter readings.

Rental price: 2,300.00 PLN + administrative fee of 400 PLN + utilities according to consumption (water, gas, electricity, waste removal). Utilities vary from 200 PLN to about 600 PLN during winter / shared among the number of people - depending on use (including trash, water, heating, hot water - actual costs, not estimated!!!)

A fixed-term contract will be signed - there is a possibility of temporary registration - for car owners, the parking subscription that allows parking in the P3 zone costs 10 PLN per month.

Internet is included in the rental price - regardless of the number of computers.

The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 students.

A deposit equal to one month's rent is required.
