monolithic technology, utilizing waterproof reinforced concrete W8 in the underground part. The external walls on the ground floor were made of full brick ZMB with a thickness of 25 cm, and on the upper floors from ceramic blocks POROTHERM 25 cm. Reinforced concrete and silicate walls with a thickness of 24 cm were used between the premises, and the partition walls were made of silicate brick 8 and 12 cm. The roof was made as a non-ventilated flat roof, with layers of roofing felt, EPS foam, and bucket foil, with water drainage through heated drains.
