The liquidator of the bankruptcy estate hereby announces a competition for offers for the sale of a property from bankruptcy estate, in the form of ownership of a residential premises located in Czestochowa at ul. Sportowa 38/6 with a total usable area of 61.20 m2, for which the District Court in Czestochowa keeps land and mortgage register No. CZ1C/00144349/1. The condition for participation in the competition is to submit an offer for the property, which must unconditionally meet the conditions of the regulations. Offers should be submitted in person at the office of the liquidator HPKM Legal Group (ul. gen. W. Sikorskiego 3/2, 53-659 Wroclaw), during office hours, i.e. Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM or sent by post to the address of the liquidator's office within 30 days from the date of posting the announcement on the liquidator's website, i.e. from June 24, 2025.

The starting price for the property is 418,000.00 PLN (in words: four hundred eighteen thousand PLN 00/100), established based on the valuation report dated March 21, 2025, prepared by the real estate appraiser Tomasz Kurowski.

Moreover, a condition for participation in the competition for the sale from the bankruptcy estate is the deposit by the applicant of 41,800.00 PLN (in words: forty-one thousand eight hundred PLN 00/100). The offer along with the required documents should be submitted in a sealed, unmarked envelope, and the envelope should be placed in a second envelope containing a readable inscription in the form of a computer printout: "LE1L/GUp/2/2025 - Offer to purchase residential premises". The inner envelope should be sealed in such a way as to allow review without opening it and in a manner that prevents its opening and closing without leaving traces of opening.

Individuals, legal entities, and organizational units referred to in Article 331 of the Civil Code may participate in the competition. Foreigners may participate in the competition after fulfilling the conditions specified in the act of March 24, 1920, on acquiring real estate by foreigners (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 1061 as amended). If the applicant is represented by an attorney, the offer must include the power of attorney in the form of a notarial deed for participation in the competition and acquisition of the subject of the competition.
