The syndic of the bankruptcy estate, a natural person not conducting business activities, based on Article 311 paragraph 1 of the Bankruptcy Law of February 28, 2003, and by virtue of the decision of the judge-commissioner dated June 30, 2025, in case file GD1G/GUp/72/2024 announces a written unlimited tender for the sale of the assets of the bankruptcy estate, including:

A residential premises located in Gdynia at Dedala 10/3, IV floor, with a usable area of 59.42 m2, for which the District Court in Gdynia keeps land and mortgage register No. GD1Y/00069471/1, along with a room in the basement of the building with an area of 4.38 m2 and a 256/10000 share in the common property, which constitutes ownership of plot number 42 in precinct 9 Babie Doly covered by land and mortgage register No. GD1Y/00069465/6, as well as ownership of parts of the building and facilities that are not exclusively for the use of the premises owners.

The starting price for the object of the tender is at least 625,000.00 Polish zlotys.

The condition for participation in the tender is the payment of a deposit of 10% of the starting price, to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate No. 66*******004 0000 3102 8434 6672. The recipient of the transfer is the syndic, and in the transfer title, please add the note "deposit - offer to purchase the residential premises located in Gdynia at Dedala 10/3, GD1G/GUp/72/2024".

The deposit must be paid no later than on the day of submitting the offer. The date of submission is considered as the date the deposit arrives at the above-mentioned bank account.

Deadline for submitting offers: until August 22, 2025.

The organizer of the competition is the syndic of the bankruptcy estate, Szymon Ziolkowski, license number 1577, address of the syndic's office at Starowiejska 58/1a, 81-356 Gdynia.

Offers should be submitted in person at the submission office of the VI Commercial Department of the District Court Gdansk-North in Gdansk at Piekarnicza 10, 80-126 Gdansk or by post (the date of arrival at the Court is considered).

Offers should be submitted in sealed envelopes in a way that prevents access to their contents.

TENDER - OFFER TO ACQUIRE REAL ESTATE

The words "TENDER - OFFER TO ACQUIRE REAL ESTATE" must be written on the envelope in RED.

In the case of sending the offer by post, the day of submission of the offer is considered as the day of arrival of the offer to the VI Commercial Department of the District Court Gdansk North in Gdansk.

Offers received after the deadline will be rejected.

The offer must meet the formal requirements indicated in the Tender Regulations, otherwise, it will be rejected.

The opening and examination of offers will take place at a public meeting on August 27, 2025, at 9:00 AM in the building of the District Court Gdansk-North in Gdansk at Piekarnicza 10, 80-126 Gdansk in room B63.

If multiple equivalent offers are submitted, the syndic may freely choose the bidder or hold an additional auction with the participation of those bidders who have submitted equivalent offers and are present at the meeting regarding the examination of the offers.

Equivalent offers are considered when the difference in the offered price does not exceed 1,000.00 (one thousand) zlotys.

During the auction, bidders may verbally submit further bids not less than 2,000.00 (two thousand) zlotys.

After the submission of bids has ended, the syndic will call out the last highest price three times and close the auction.

If none of the bidders has submitted a higher bid and stays with the price indicated in the offer, the syndic will make a free choice of the offer. The criteria for selecting the offer will be announced by the syndic during the selection process.

The selection made by the syndic becomes legally binding after being approved by the judge-commissioner.

The Tender Regulations are available in the National Register of Debtors and the office of the syndic mentioned above on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

The subject of the tender can be viewed by agreement on the date of the visit under the phone number of the syndic's office from the date the announcement appears until the day before the last day for submitting offers, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
