The bankruptcy trustee of an individual not conducting business announces a tender – bidding competition for the purchase of an asset in bankruptcy in the form of:

a co-ownership right to residential unit No. 1 located at Sobieskiego Street 24 in Siemianowice Slaskie, situated within the residential resources of the Housing Cooperative 'Michal' in Siemianowice Slaskie, for which no land and mortgage register has been established

for a minimum price not lower than the amount 218,378.00 PLN (two hundred eighteen thousand three hundred seventy-eight zlotys) net, i.e. excluding value-added tax.

An interested person wishing to participate in the tender may review:

• the property valuation report,
• the Tender Regulations,
• other documents regarding the property provided to the Trustee by the bankrupt or obtained by the Trustee during the bankruptcy proceedings,

- after sending a request to the email address indicated below by the trustee.

Bids must be submitted by July 30, 2025, by 3:00 PM, in the following manner:

• in person – at the office of the notary: Notary Office Jaroslaw Stejskal, Tomasz Basciuk Civil Partnership, Rynek 19, 43-300 Bielsko-Biala;
• by registered mail or courier to the address of the notary’s office: Notary Office Jaroslaw Stejskal, Tomasz Basciuk Civil Partnership, Rynek 19, 43-300 Bielsko-Biala – with the stipulation that a bid submitted on time is considered one that actually reaches the notary’s office within the timeframe stated above.

Bids that do not meet the requirements set forth in the Tender Regulations, and those submitted after the deadline, are subject to rejection.

A bid that meets the requirements set forth in § 6 section 1 of the Tender Regulations, along with the attachments referred to in § 6 section 2 of the Tender Regulations, must be placed in a closed, opaque envelope smaller than A4 size, and this envelope placed in a closed, opaque envelope not smaller than A4 size, on which only the signature of the bankruptcy case file KA1K/GUp-s/16/2025 along with the offeror's designation and the note 'Bid for the Purchase of Real Estate' should be indicated.

Participation in the tender is conditioned on the payment of a security deposit in the amount of 21,837.80 PLN (twenty-one thousand eight hundred thirty-seven zlotys and 80/100). The deposit must be made to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate number 51 1090 2590 0000 0001 6099 8321 – no later than July 30, 2025. The date of payment of the deposit is considered the date of recognition of the bank account of the bankruptcy estate indicated above.

The opening and review of bids submitted in the tender will take place on July 31, 2025, at 8:30 AM in front of notary Tomasz Basciuk or notary Jaroslaw Stejskal at the notary office - Notary Office Jaroslaw Stejskal, Tomasz Basciuk Civil Partnership, Rynek 19, 43-300 Bielsko-Biala – in the presence of the Trustee or a person designated by him. The only criterion for the selection of bids is the proposed purchase price for the property. In the event that the highest purchase price for the property is proposed by two or more bidders, at the time of opening the bids, the Trustee will conduct an additional, oral auction.

The sale and acquisition of the property will occur in the condition in which it is as of the date of sale.

An interested person wishing to participate in the tender may express the desire to inspect the property, no later than 14 days before the expiration of the deadline for submitting bids. If at least one person indicates interest in participating in the tender and inspecting the property, the Trustee will set a date for the property inspection.
