Syndic of the Bankruptcy Mass of Mariusz Platka - a natural person not conducting business activity (case file in correspondence with the syndic: KA1K/GUp-s/764/2024) announces the sale in the mode of free hand - in the tender - of real estate built with a single-family house in raw state located in the village of Bazanowka at Malinowa Street No. 6 and 8, for which the District Court in Sanok V Land and Mortgage Register maintains the land and mortgage register No. KS1S/00045259/7. The starting price of the property is 349,520.00 PLN (in words: three hundred forty-nine thousand five hundred twenty zlotys and zero groszy). The above property is encumbered with a contractual mortgage up to the sum of 508,300.00 PLN in favor of Getin Noble Bank S.A.
