OFFER COMPETITION The syndic of the bankruptcy estate of Jakub Bomba - a natural person not conducting business activity announces a competition for offers for the sale of a residential unit with an area of 31.77 m2, located in Krakow, municipality of Krakow, district of m.Krakow, voivodeship of Malopolskie, for which the District Court for Krakow-Podgorze in Krakow, IV Land and Mortgage Register Department maintains land and mortgage register number: KR1P/00624586/6 along with a share in the common property amounting to 3177/113990, for which a land and mortgage register number: KR1P/00503288/3 is maintained. The starting price of the subject of the offer competition is 593,000.00 PLN (in words: five hundred ninety-three thousand zlotys 00/100). The apartment is located at Kobierzyńska Street 134B/24 on the 4th floor of a five-story building built in 2020. The unit consists of a room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a bedroom. It has a balcony. It is in a partially finished state. The apartment has the right of every current owner as the only authorized person to use parking space number 16 and storage room number 8, located in the garage (level -1). A deposit that has been credited to the account by 23:59 is considered timely. The commission opening and review of offers will take place on September 16, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the syndic's office at Al. If more than one offer meeting the conditions of the offer competition is submitted, the syndic orders an oral auction among no more than four bidders who offered the highest prices in the written offer competition, and whose offers have not been rejected, under the conditions specified in the Sales Regulations. The oral auction will take place immediately after the opening and review of the written offers by the syndic. The syndic reserves the right to cancel the offer competition at any stage without giving a reason, even after selecting the bidder.
